How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days after delivery of the item(s), unless otherwise noted in the item description. After 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only at our sole discretion. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Returned items:

• must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, without showing any signs of wear or damage;

• must not be a special order or a custom order;

• must be accompanied by a printed copy of a sales receipt;

• must be accompanied by a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which can be obtained by emailing us at arcstore@animalrescuecorps.org. The RMA must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at info@animalrescuecorps.org. Returned items that were damaged prior to delivery and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Returned items that are incorrectly shipped by us will qualify for store credit or an exchange.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned item(s) once we receive it.

How do I return my item(s)?

1. Contact us at info@animalrescuecorps.org within 14 days of delivery* to initiate a return or exchange. You will receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and a return shipping address.

2. Include a printed copy of a sales receipt with your return.

3. Clearly write your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which can be obtained by emailing us at arcstore@animalrescuecorps.org, on the outside of the package being returned. (Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault and refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.)
